Der Sandmann is an unlockable active item in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Description

Turns into Der Sandmann (opened), spawns a giant flying book, and applies somnolence to nearby enemies.

How to unlock?

Earn all Hard Mode completion marks as The Dream Guard.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
