Forbidden Soul item
Forbidden Soul is a passive item in Shattered Symbols, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants every room a Golden Heart if Isaac doesn't have one.
The Lost Gains 1 Wisp every first visit in a room with a 15% chance of inflicting the Midas' Touch effect.
