Forbidden Body item
Forbidden Body is a passive item in Shattered Symbols, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Half Eternal Heart counts as 2 and can remove 1 Broken Heart.
When Isaac enters a Boss Room for the first time, he has a 20% chance to obtain a Half Eternal Heart.
For The Lost, a Half Eternal Heart counts as the Holy Mantle effect.
