Obtained by using Tainted Vision on Loki's Horns

Firing has a chance (scaled by Luck) to release a 8-directional burst of purple tears
Tears have homing, spectral, and deal 80% of Isaac's damage.
Chance: 5% base + 2.5% per Luck (capped at 1%–50%)
