Corrupted Crown is an unlockable passive item in TBOI Ascension, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Does not appear in any item pools.

Obtained by using Dataminer on Glitched Crown.

While heldItems on pedestals will cycle between 10 items from the same item pool randomly at the same rate as the glitched crown.

Isaac wont be "breakfasted" meaning Isaac can find multiple copies of the same item.
