Anomaly Spider is a passive item in TBOI Ascension, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Does not appear in any item pools

Can only be obtained by shooting Mysterious Liquid at Mutant Spider

Levels up as Isaac kills enemies:

Level 1 (0 kills):

Poison Tears and double shots
0.33x tears multiplier.

Level 2 (25 kills):

Grants all effects of level 1.
Double shots upgrade to quad shots.
Tear penalty decreases from 0.33x to 0.44x.

Level 3 (50 more kills):

Grants all effects of level 2.
Quad shots upgrade to sextuple shots.
Tear penalty decreases from 0.44x to 0.66x.

Level 4 (75 more kills):

Grants all effects of level 3.
Removes the tear penalty.
Tears are shot in a unique pattern.
+4 flat damage.

Level 5 (100 more kills):

Grants all effects of level 4.
Isaac now fires Radioactive tears.
Radioactive tears have an aura similar to Godhead but smaller, dealing 1.75 damage per tick.
+1.25x tears multiplier.

For every 10 kills Isaac get +0.3 Flat Damage
