Artificial Flora is a passive item in TBOI Otherside, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Every fly related enemy gains a random champion effect
For each fly Isaac kills Isaac gains +0.1 damage that fades away after clearing a room

This item can only be acquired by using Weird Mirror on Skatole.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
