Incontinence item
Incontinence is a passive item in Otherside Refractured, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While in a hostile room, every 22 frames Isaac will shoot out a single pee tear that deals 40% more damage and inherits Isaac's tear effects.
Upon shooting the pee tear, the frames needed for another pee tear will decrease by 1, capping at 3 frames minimum.
Mirrored version of Number One.
