Monstro's Lung is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.

×0.23 fire rate multiplier.

Replaces Isaac's tears with a charge-attack that fires a barrage of 14 tears, similarly to Monstro's attack.

Each tear has a random size multiplier between 0.9x and 1.33x, but deals the same amount of damage, equal to Isaac's damage stat.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Monstro II.
