Bloody Oculus item
Bloody Oculus is a passive item in Otherside Refractured, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Whenever Isaac shoots Isaac has a 20% luck-based chance to shoot out 3-5 tears that deal 50% of Isaac's damage.
Mirrored version of The Inner Eye.
