Outer Eye item
Outer Eye is a passive item in Otherside Refractured, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While the tears are close to an enemy the tear will gain extra 5% of damage, maxing out at 100% of extra damage.
After reaching the 75% mark, the tear will gain homing.
Mirrored version of Dead Eye.
