Electronic Arcs is a passive item in Otherside Refractured, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Enemies, upon taking damage, will be inflicted with the Conduct status effect.

The Conduct effect strikes enemies with a laser that deals 33% of Isaac's damage; the laser comes from Isaac.

The effect lasts 3 seconds after taking any form of damage, including the Conduct effect itself.
