Vomit Bag is a passive item in Otherside Refractured, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While held Isaac collects 3-9 barf upon clearing the room.

On use Unleashes all barf in Ipecac-like tears that deal 30 + (DamageStat × 5) damage, explodes on contact, and inherits Isaac's tear effects.

Barf is fired in the direction Isaac is currently walking towards.

The amount of stored barf is capped at 60.
