Shrine of Chance is an unlockable machine in TBoI: Retuned, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Deals damage to Isaac equal to the hearts lit up on its base, then:

• 35% chance: spawn an item from a random item pool and reset activation cost to 1 heart, with a 50% chance of getting destroyed afterwards.
• 65% chance: Increase activation cost by 1 Heart (caps at 3).

Drops a Dice Shard when bombed.

Defeat Mega Satan as Tainted Cadence.
