Can only appear in chapters up to Womb, and only if the Shrine of Malevolence hasn't been activated in the current run.

Gain 2 Soul Hearts and a single use Holy Mantle sheild when visiting an Angel Room.

Devil deal items are always quality 2 or higher.
+1 Broken Heart when entering a Devil Room, taking a devil deal or making a Devil Beggar payout .

Defeat Mega Satan as Tainted Cadence.
