Soul of Cadence is an unlockable consumable in TBoI: Retuned, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Changes the item pool of the current room into antoher one between:

Shop
Boss
Planetarium
Secret Room
Ultra Secret Room
Angel Room
Devil Room

The item pool chosen is indicated by the change in the music track playing.

The item pool is reverted to the original one after leaving the room.

Clear the Boss Rush and defeat Hush as Tainted Cadence.
