Battery Acid item
Battery Acid is an unlockable active item in The Bimbing of AIsaac, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While held
If it has 1-2 charges, it doubles any non-self damage Isaac takes.
If has 3+ charges, blocks any non-self damage Isaac takes, giving him a lot of invulnerability frames and discharging the item by 3.
On use
If it has less than 3 charges, it completely discharges itself.
If it has 3-5 charges, spawns a puddle of acid-shooting tears that deal 3.5 damage. Discharged by 3.
If it has 6+ charges, spawns a much bigger puddle with a higher fire rate. Enemies killed by this puddle have a 10% chance to drop a Micro Battery on death. Discharged by 6.
Puddles last infinite, or only 5 seconds in rooms with bosses.

Defeat The Lamb as 
AIsaac.
