Giga Coin is a pickup in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Instead of picking it up, needs to be destroyed.

Can spawn as a different variant:

36.76% Penny: Drops 15-30 random coins.
18.38% Double: Drops 30-60 random coins.
18.38% Wooden: Drops 15-150 random coins.
7.35% Nickel: Drops 75-150 random coins.
7.35% Sticky: Drops 75-150 Sticky Nickels, deals a full hear of damage on contact.
3.68% Dime: Drops 150-300 random coins, grants Midas' Touch for the rest of the floor.
3.68% Lucky: Drops 15-30 Lucky Pennies, makes Isaac gulp 3-5 Perfections.
2.21% Crooked: Drops 1-5 random coins, 80% chance to double all passive items, 20% chance to remove all of them.
1.47% Golden: Drops 25-50 Golden Pennies, 90% chance to re-appear in a random room of the same floor.
0.74% Quarter: Drops 500-1000 Nickels.

If Epiphany is installed, adds 2 more variants:

5.15% Tasty: Drops 15-30 random coins and the same amount of random hearts.
2.21% Stat: Drops 15-30 random coins and grants the Sausage effect.

Does not appear naturally.
