The Fool of Worms is an unlockable consumable in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Turns all non-boss enemies in the room into worms/maggots.

This effect is functionally identical to The Blessing of The Fool of Worms.

Has a 5% chance for a special voiceover and a few altered skins for the worms.

Defeat Ultra Greedier as AIsaac.

This item is a reference to a meme inside of the community.

The meme started when one of the viewers misspelled "a room full of worms" as "a room fool of worms".
After that people started calling AIsaac "such a fool (of worms)".

The meme almost got forgotten until the mod developers started an investigation to find its origin and bring it back.
