The Reward is an unlockable passive item in The Bimbing of AIsaac, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Every new floor, reveals and marks the furthest non-special room on the map.

The faster Isaac gets to the room and clears it, the better the reward will be:

Very Fast: Spawns a Treasure Room item.

Fast: Spawns a Q0-Q1 Treasure Room item
OR Spawns 2-5 random pickups
OR increses one of these stats: +0.15 speed/ +0.5 flat damage/ +0.2 fire rate/ +0.75 range/ +0.75 luck.

Average: Spawns 3 random pickups
OR a card / a pill
OR Chest.

Slow: Spawn a random pickup.

Very Slow: Spawn a Penny.

The later floors give more time.

Does nothing at "???" and "Home" floors.

Collect 25 Reward Tokens and bring at least 20 of them to the last floor of [AIsaac]Static Seed challenge.

This item sets Reward to 99 during [AIsaac]Static Seed challenge. This item is based on "reward" AIsaac gets for doing right actions.

Its visual appearance is based on the one time Kamijoan showed a picture of a cookie for a few seconds which made viewers think this is how the reward actually looks like.
