Crossroads Sign is an unlockable passive item in The Serpent, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

If Isaac succeeds the chance to spawn a Devil/Angel deal after beating a boss and has not entered either for the floor, when entering the next floor:
• Reveals the entire map.
• Fully heals Isaac.
• Fully charges Isaac's active item.
• Removes any curses on the floor.

Defeat Hush as The Serpent.
