Ruby Rod is an unlockable active item in The Serpent, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Shoots 6 lines of flame in a circle around Isaac.

The flames deal DamageStat × 2.5 + 8 damage and set enemies on fire. Only 2 flames can hit the same enemy with each use of this item.

Spawns a friendly Imp upon killing an enemy. Only 2 friendly Imps can be spawned with each use of this item.

Defeat Satan as The Serpent.
