Sack of Shards is an unlockable familiar in The Serpent, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and drops a Dice Shard, Rune Shard, or rarely Shard of Glass every 9 rooms.

Defeat The Beast as The Serpent.
