Sin of Mediocrity is a passive item in The Serpent, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Decreases the chances of high-quality items appearing by affecting newly created pedestals in the following way:
• Has a 33% chance to reroll items with quality 3.
• Has a 66% chance to reroll items with quality 4.

Items with the quest tag cannot be rerolled.
