The Serpent

Tainted Serpent character
Tainted Serpent is an unlockable character in The Serpent, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Starting items
After starting the run, Tainted Serpent is locked within the starting room and required to take 1 of 3 Blessings and 1 of 3 Sins before being allowed to exit. Items, consumables, pickups and methods of teleportation are disabled during the selection process.
This process occurs again in Caves 1 or Downpour 2 and Depths 1 or Mines 2.
Starting a run as Tainted Serpent consumes an Eden token.
How to unlock?
Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as The Serpent.
