x1.5 damage multiplier.

Grants a locked item at the start of the next run and locks the run's destination to the boss that would unlock that item.

If no locked item is available, grants The Sad Onion instead.

Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as Tarnished Punished.
