B.U.R.T. item
B.U.R.T. is an unlockable active item in The Sheriff, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Summons a giant bomb from above that takes 4 seconds to fall.
Upon detonation, the bomb instantly kills all enemies and deals 1666 damage to all bosses in the room. 12 piercing bullets dealing Isaac's damage will bounce around the room at high speeds.
How to unlock?
Obtain all completion marks as
