Charity is a passive item in Virtue Items, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickupSpawns a random heart.

While held +0.17 speed.
+0.5 fire rate.
+0.7 flat damage.
+1.7 range.

All items in the Beggar pool get replaced by this item.

Transformations

This item contributes towards the Saint transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give enemies a 50% chance to drop a disappearing Half Soul Heart on death.
