Focus is an active item in Warp Zone, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While heldCharged with dealing damage.
On useHold to get red hearts.
When at full Red Health, hold to get Soul Hearts.
When at 12 full hearts hold longer to get a Holy Mantle shield.
