The Doorway is an active item in Warp Zone, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

All doors are opened, and stay open for the rest of the floor.

Secret Rooms, Angel/Devil rooms, the Mega Satan door, Boss Rush, and Hush are included.

Challenge Rooms are open to enter; however, the door closes when activating the challenge.

The Ultra Secret Room is unlocked, and Red Rooms are now open to the edge of the map, revealing the I AM ERROR room.
