Golden Idol item
Golden Idol is a passive item in Warp Zone, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac has a 50% chance of receiving a fading nickel when a room is cleared.
Beating the boss spawns 2 fading nickels.
Getting damage causes Isaac to lose half his money, dropping some of it on the ground as fading coins.
When Isaac is holding money, damage is always 1 full heart.
