Shoots 8 quick, bouncy, piercing, long-lasting icicle tears in a circle around Isaac that deal 2x Isaac's damage each and freeze non-boss enemies upon death, turning them into ice statues.

The freezing effect is the same one granted by Uranus. Check the item page for more details about ice statues.

If used more than once on the current floor, freezes Isaac in place for 3 seconds, disabling all inputs. The tears are instead shot when the freeze wears off rather than immediately after use.
