#5.10.4Heart (eternal)Heart (eternal)Pickup
Grants an eternal heart.

Eternal hearts are placed on top of the second half of the last red heart container, or other heart container if Isaac has no red heart containers.

When carried to the next floor, or another one is picked up, the eternal heart becomes a permanent red heart container.
