Causes every tear fired by Isaac to have a different color and corresponding effect:
• Light Brown: none.
• Green: poison.
• Yellow: fear.
• Blue: chance for Proptosis, but start at x1 damage instead of x3.
• Light Blue: slowing effect, and freeze on kill.
• Pink: charm.
• Red: double damage, petrifying effect, or Fire Mind.
• Purple: homing.
• Dark Orange: mark effect (forces enemies to attack the marked enemy).
