Unlocks the passageway to Blue Womb regardless of the run's duration.

Using Pandora's Box while holding the trinket will ignore the regular effects of the box, and instead spawn 6 higher quality items from a set of item pools, consuming both the item and trinket in the process.

The items are chosen from the following pools: Treasure Room, Shop, Boss, Devil Room, Angel Room, Secret Room, Library, Golden Chest, Curse Room, Planetarium.

The Treasure Room pool has a much higher chance to be chosen than the others that have an equal chance.
Unlock: Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as Tainted Eve.
