Holding down the active item button will gradually deplete this item's charge bar. As it gets close to 0, Isaac turns blue over time. Once it hits 0, Isaac will become invincible to all outside damage sources. After 1 second, Isaac will begin to take damage if the active item button is still held down.

While invincible, Isaac deals 3.5 contact damage to enemies and beams of light will strike down on enemies touching him, dealing 15 damage.

Touching an enemy or blocking a projectile at the exact moment the invincibility takes place will shoot out beams of light in the 4 cardinal directions that deal 12 damage per tick, or a total of 180 damage.

The item will recharge on its own but cannot be used again until fully charged.
