Grants Isaac a chance to fire a creep shot alongside his tears that deals double damage, slows enemies and leaves a short trail of slowing white creep on the ground.

Fires a creep shot in a random direction upon taking damage.

The chance to fire a creep shot is not affected by luck.

Creep shots inherit Isaac's shot speed, but not his tear effects.
