Allows infinite purchases from Shops, by spawning a new item/pickup after purchasing one.

Unless playing Greed Mode, each new item/pickup will increase in size after each purchase from the same Shop slot. The price increase varies based on the type of item/pickup:
• Items follow the formula: 15 + n × (n + 1) where n is the number of restocks triggered.
• Everything else follows the formula> (OriginalPrice + n × (n + 1)) / 2.

The maximum price of an item cannot exceed 99 cents.

A small restock icon will appear under the map while the item is held.
