Spawns a special set of spikes in every Devil Room that deal a full heart of damage per use. Taking damage from the spikes has a chance to yield a reward:
• 35% - nothing.
• 33% - +0.5 damage.
• 15% - 6 pennies.
• 10% - 2 Black Hearts.
• 5% - random item from the Devil Room pool.
• 2% - Leviathan transformation.

The spikes will deal damage to enemies that walk or fly over them.

Causes all other spikes in the Devil Room to retract.
Unlock: Defeat The Beast as Tainted Judas.
