The Polaroid item
The Polaroid is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Activates the Book of Shadows effect if Isaac has half a red heart or no red hearts at all after taking damage, creating a shield that negates damage for 5 seconds.
Grants entrance to the Chest level after beating Isaac in the Cathedral.
Opens the door in the starting room of Depths II that leads to the Ascent path, getting consumed in the process.
Drops after killing Mom, alongisde The Negative.

Defeat Isaac 5 times.
