The Negative item
The Negative is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 damage.
Activates The Necronomicon effect if Isaac has half a red heart or no red hearts at all after taking damage, dealing 40 damage to all enemies in the room.
Grants entrance to the Dark Room level after beating Satan in Sheol.
Opens the door in the starting room of Depths II that leads to the Ascent path, getting consumed in the process.
Drops after killing Mom, alongisde The Polaroid.

Defeat Satan 5 times.
