Ventricle Razor is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

When used for the first time, creates a blue portal where Isaac is standing. When used for the second time, it creates an orange portal.

Walking into a portal will teleport Isaac to the other one. Portals persist across the entire floor, but will not persist between floors.

Activating the item after 2 portals have been created will replace the older of the 2 portals.

Portals won't persist in rooms that are not part of the floor's layout, such as Devil Rooms, Angel Room, I AM ERROR rooms, Crawl Spaces, Boss Rush, Black Markets, the Mega Satan room, the Hush fight arena, etc.

• Can create 2 linked tunnel openings which allow Isaac to teleport between them
• Abyss: x1 dashing locust .5x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 stationary wisp - 16 hp - doesn't shoot
• Book of Virtues: 1 wisp orbits around each portal
