Serpent's Kiss is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Grants a 15% chance to fire poison tears that deal a total of 2x Isaac's damage.

Inflicts poison on enemies that make contact with Isaac. The poison will tick 6 times, each tick dealing Isaac's amount of damage.

Enemies that were inflicted with poison via contact damage have a 20% chance to drop a Black Heart.
