Maw Of The Void is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Adds a charge meter that fills up while shooting. Releasing the fire buttons when fully charged (2.35 seconds) creates a black Brimstone ring around Isaac that expands and contracts, dealing damage 15 times per second.

The ring deals Isaac's damage per tick, for a total of 30 times, lasting for 2 seconds.

The ring inherits Isaac's tear effects.
