#178Holy Water"Splash!"Familiar

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around and launches itself while Isaac is shooting.

Upon hitting an enemy, the familiar deals 7 damage and shatters, creating a pool of damaging blue creep that petrifies enemies that come in contact with it.

The pool lasts for ~9 seconds and deals 8 damage per tick (24 per second).

Once the pool disappears completely, Holy Water will respawn and can be launched again.

It will not respawn immediately after entering a new room.
