After every 20 tears shot, an additional coin tear is fired that turns enemies to gold and petrifies them for a few seconds, similarly to Midas' Touch for the cost of 1¢.

Hitting an enemy with the golden coin will drop a penny, effectively returning the cost unless the shot is missed.

Enemies killed while golden will drop 1-3 coins.

The tear does 1.5 × DamageStat + 10 damage.

If Isaac has no money, the golden tear will still be fired, however it won't deal increased damage. The other effects of it will still apply.
