Taking damage activates the following effects:
• Unlocks all locked doors in the room. It can even unlock the Mega Satan door and the Strange Door in Depths II.
• Opens the Secret Room and Super Secret Room if adjacent to the current room.
• Reveals a random unmapped room on the floor. It can also reveal the Ultra Secret Room.
• Destroys all Tinted Rocks and rocks with a Crawl Space.

Cannot open Challenge Rooms from the outside, and regular rooms in the Chest or Dark Room.

Cannot open the door leading to Boss Rush or Blue Womb.
Unlock: Defeat The Beast as Eve.
