+1 Broken Heart which can never be filled, permanently reducing Isaac's maximum possible health.

Spawns an item from the current room's item pool.

Disappears after being used 12 times (or 18 times if playing as Magdalene with Birthright).

The Lost and Tainted Lost can only use the item once before it disappears.

While heldAfter using Magic Skin, if Isaac drops the item, any item that spawns in the future will have a chance to be replaced by Magic Skin.

The chance for this to happen is 33% after the first use, 50% after 2 uses, and 100% after 3 uses. This chance is drastically reduced if Magic Skin is on a pedestal somewhere on the current floor.
