Grants Isaac a 20% chance to shoot tears that cause enemies to shrink in size and run away from Isaac for 5 seconds.

Shrunk enemies can be crushed and instantly killed by stepping over them.

Enemies will flash white briefly before returning to normal size.

On-death effects of shrunken enemies, such as explosions, shooting projectiles, or summoning enemies, are prevented. This does not apply to champion enemies that have these effects.

Does not affect bosses or mini-bosses.
This item contributes towards the Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
