Isaac's tears become eyeballs that bounce off of each other and are no longer limited by range, but instead dissipate when they stop moving or hit an enemy or obstacle.

Eyeball tears fall to the ground after bouncing off of each other 8 times.
Unlock: Complete Chapter 4 without taking damage.
